To return your goods, you will need a return authorisation number, which can be obtained by contacting us here. Our helpful support team will also provide you with a return address and a pre-paid return label if applicable.
Returns Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your order in its original packaging in resalable condition within the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period. In the case that the item has been opened but is still in original condition, store credit to the value of that item will be issued in lieu of a refund.
- The 30 day guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product
- If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch
- Delivery charges will not be refunded
- Cost to return the product to Billie Goat Soap will not be refunded.
What if my item is faulty?
Billie Goat is committed to honouring its obligations at law and providing you with an appropriate remedy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where an item is found to be faulty, Billie Goat Soap will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support. All necessary return costs will be covered by Billie Goat Soap.
